Candidate Terms

These Candidate Terms apply to individuals ("Candidates") who use OnlineRecruitment to create profiles, upload resumes, or apply for roles.

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your profile up to date
• Only apply for roles you are genuinely interested in
• Communicate professionally with employers

You must not provide false or misleading information.

When you apply for a role, your application may be viewed by the employer responsible for that role.

Your application is not automatically made searchable by other employers. A searchable talent profile is created only when you separately join the talent pool and give express consent.

Talent-pool search results are anonymised. Employers must request an introduction, and your direct contact details remain private until an introduction is accepted.

OnlineRecruitment does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Interview opportunities
• Employment outcomes

We provide access—not outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

• Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions
• We are not responsible for employer conduct
• You engage with employers at your own discretion

Application information may be used to process the role for which it was submitted.

If you opt in to the talent pool, your professional profile may be used for AI-assisted, job-relevant matching. AI supports discovery and ranking; it does not make employment decisions.

OnlineRecruitment talent-pool consent does not authorise SalesTeam to access your profile or contact you. SalesTeam access requires a SalesTeam-related application or separate, specific consent.

You may request correction, pausing or deletion of your talent profile at any time.

We may remove or suspend profiles that:

• Contain false information
• Violate these Terms
• Are inactive for extended periods

You may request deletion at any time.

We are not responsible for:

• Employment outcomes
• Employer conduct
• Loss arising from job applications or offers

We may update these Terms at any time.
