OnlineRecruitment provides:

- Connections to recruitment and hiring services (including SalesTeam)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Employer Accounts & Responsibilities
Employers agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful job information
- Ensure job listings comply with employment laws
- Not post misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms.
4. Job Listings & Payments
4.1 Paid Listings
- Job listings are paid services (e.g. $99–$299 per listing)
- Listings become active after successful payment
4.2 No Refund Policy
- Payments for job listings are non-refundable, unless required by law
4.3 Listing Duration
- Listings remain active for the specified period (e.g. 30 days)
5. Candidate Access & Marketplace
Where candidate access is provided:
- Employers may unlock or view candidate profiles for a fee
- Candidate information must not be shared with third parties
- Contact must be relevant to genuine employment opportunities
Unauthorized use may result in account suspension.
6. No Guarantee of Results
OnlineRecruitment does not guarantee:
- Candidate availability
- Hiring outcomes
- Number or quality of applications
We provide a platform—not hiring outcomes.
7. Relationship with SalesTeam
OnlineRecruitment may refer users to SalesTeam, a related service offering:
- Managed hiring
- Talent placement
- Pipeline and sales services
Any engagement with SalesTeam is subject to separate terms.
8. Candidate Information
Candidates agree that:
- Information provided is accurate
- Profiles may be visible to employers
- We may share profiles with relevant hiring companies
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and systems are owned by OnlineRecruitment.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- OnlineRecruitment is not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or interactions between users
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of Terms
- For misuse of the platform
- At our discretion
12. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
