Terms of Service

Welcome to OnlineRecruitment ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including job listings, candidate discovery, and related sourcing services.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

OnlineRecruitment provides:

• Self-service sales job advertising and application management
• An opt-in talent pool for candidate discovery
• Managed Shortlist — a sourcing and screening service
• Managed Hiring — end-to-end recruitment support under a separate agreement

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful job information
• Ensure job listings comply with employment laws
• Not post misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content
• Use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms.

4.1 Listing Packages

• Basic listings are free.
• Featured listings are $99 including GST.
• Premium listings are $199 including GST.
• Paid listings become active only after successful payment.
• Listing duration and paid visibility depend on the selected package (typically 30 days).

4.2 Listing Duration

• Listings remain active for the specified period (e.g. 30 days).
• Free Basic listings are published immediately.

• Signed-in, authorised employers may view anonymised profiles only where candidates have expressly opted into employer discovery.
• Candidate contact information is not sold or automatically unlocked.
• Contact details are released only after the candidate accepts an introduction.
• Applying for a job does not add the candidate to the Talent Pool.
• Joining the OnlineRecruitment Talent Pool does not authorise SalesTeam to access or contact the candidate.

Unauthorised use may result in account suspension.

Candidates agree that information provided is accurate and may be visible to the employer responsible for a role the candidate applies for.

Candidate information is made available only for a job application submitted by the candidate, an employer introduction accepted by the candidate, or another separately authorised recruitment service.

We do not share candidate information with unrelated employers, or with SalesTeam, without the candidate's separate choice or permission.

• Managed Shortlist is priced at $2,500 plus GST per role ($2,750 total including GST).
• It is a sourcing and screening service.
• It does not guarantee a shortlist, interview, offer, hire or continuing employment.
• Scope, payment, cancellation and additional-cost conditions must be accepted before sourcing begins.
• Separate third-party costs require disclosure and employer approval before being incurred.

• Managed Hiring requires a separate written agreement.
• Fees are generally 15%–20% of the successful candidate's first-year base salary plus GST.
• No success fee is payable unless a candidate is hired, subject to the final signed agreement.
• Replacement conditions are defined in the separate agreement.

Submitting a Managed Hiring enquiry does not create a recruitment engagement, fee, invoice or authorisation to share candidate information.

OnlineRecruitment does not guarantee:

• Candidate availability
• Hiring outcomes
• Number or quality of applications
• Shortlist, interview acceptance or successful hire

We provide a platform and sourcing services — not hiring outcomes.

OnlineRecruitment and SalesTeam are related businesses under common ownership but operate with separate candidate access and consent boundaries.

Any engagement with SalesTeam is subject to separate terms and the candidate's or employer's separate choice. Detailed SalesTeam access restrictions are set out in the Privacy Policy.

All website content, branding, and systems are owned by OnlineRecruitment.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

To the extent permitted by law:

• OnlineRecruitment is not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or interactions between users
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For breach of Terms
• For misuse of the platform
• At our discretion

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
